Come out and volunteer at Healcrest Urban Farm - started in 2004, it is a lush eco-system in the heart of Garfield. From fruit trees, to medicinal herbs, a greenhouse and forest - you will enjoy a morning of preparing and transitioning garden beds, harvesting herbs and enjoying this sacred space. Bring a gift for our Spirit Space. Snacks and cool drinks on us!You can volunteer Saturday or Sunday morning - 9am-12noon both days.See More

What changes would you like to see in your community?
Our CDC providing financial support for active green space and urban farming. They have been amazing in allowing us to purchase land and start a farm but have done little to help us find and achieve financial stability.
