Meditation Flash Mob at Friendship Park

June 19, 2011 from 5:30pm to 7pm

We will sit in group silent meditation for 35min. - 1hr. You can practice whatever style you like. Everyone is welcome, even if you've never meditated before. Please bring a yoga mat, meditation cushion, or a pillow if you like.
