Transition is an open framework, but any organization trying to accomplish something needs at least a pinch of internal guidance - mission, vision, a few leaders. This is the place to talk about these things, and where any documents will be posted for community review.
If you’re interested in holding some leadership role (once we figure out what those are), this is a good group to join and participate in. Why should you help lead or develop internal policy (dry as it sounds)?
