This group has the potential to start some great projects and transform into one or more working groups. In the interests of such things happening, my thinking is that we should figure out a starting project. Topics are economy, energy, transportation and building, and my personal criteria would be:

• Physical permanent or semi-permanent change to something
• Labor intensive is better than material intensive
• Partnering with other groups for knowledge or community interaction is great
• Cost: <$2000
