I'm not really sure what the current policies are, or what direction they're leaning in.  Do you know where I can find this information?

Dunno whether that’s a question for her or for the discussion, but I’d say that either they Mayor’s Green page or the Pittsburgh Climate Initiative would be good places to start - if you dig into them you’ll find a lot of initiatives and some policy notes. In general Pittsburgh has done ok at small steps so far.
