Thursday, March 24th- 6:30-9:30pm We are having our first Heart and Soul group gathering. This gathering is for people interested in the "inner transition", spirituality, and the psychology of change. We will be doing some basic Yoga and breathing, and then having a listening circle. Everyone is welcome.
